Why is the pricing flat and not based on questions?
Because you bring your own Claude or ChatGPT, there is no per-query cost for us to pass on. Pricing is by seat, not usage, so your bill is the same whether your team asks ten questions this month or ten thousand.
Can you connect our own internal APIs?
Standard API sources (Stripe, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and more) are included from Starter. Custom internal APIs and on-prem sources are part of Enterprise.
Can I control what each person or client sees?
Yes. From Starter up, admins limit who can query which data, down to the person or client, with an audit history of every question asked.
Do you support SSO, SOC 2, and on-prem?
Yes, on Enterprise: SSO/SAML and SCIM, exportable audit logs, configurable data retention, on-prem deployment, and a SOC 2 report for your security review.
